The burger with cheese and bacon came with skin-on wedges. It was divine! i enjoyed the setting on a covered terrace overlooking the lake. my wife chose the pili pili prawns, and she found them delicious. it was an excellent evening meal.
i found the reception staff a little unhelpful and they did not seem particularly interested in the guests. the service in the restaurant could have been better. i thought the price level was too high and the service did not match the cost.

The reception staff provided details about a local company. They run mountain bike rides around the lake. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. i was welcomed back as a return guest.

Breakfast had a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. It was fantastic. the restaurant is inside and outside and very attractive. i ate in the restaurant. The food is gourmet. the wines are local, excellent, and moderately priced.

the location is fine, giving an excellent base to explore the area. the hotel is in a quiet and tranquil area. gardens are really good, everything is very well maintained.

The rooms are really good and clean. The bedroom has an updated ensuite bathroom. there is even a bath and bidet. the room had a balcony. It had a wonderful view. the rooms were nicely decorated.

The room was clean. The balcony provided a good view. The staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant menu offered some good choices.
Drinks took 45 minutes to arrive. The coffee was lukewarm. There was no milk in the room for coffee capsules. I had to ask for silverware at breakfast.

the new pool beside the building became a great place for relaxation. i appreciated a fridge with drinks nearby. the room looked refreshed, even without spending a lot of money.
the cups in the room were quite small.

I found the staff to be so nice. I really liked the fresh breakfast buffet. The hotel garden is beautiful. The pool area has a lot of space and sunbeds.
The coffee cups in the room felt a tad too small, necessitating frequent refills.
